The main goal of digital transformation in the public administration is to improve processes and relations with end users, i.e. citizens and businesses. For a successful transition to e-government, it is crucial that public bodies adopt a collaborative approach, clearly aimed at simplifying the lives of users, supporting the efforts that such a change requires from both sides.
