In the multifunctional spaces of the new Cinisello headquarters of the Lutech Group, Lutech Campus is born: an innovative Open Innovation platform for training and incubation conceived, designed and promoted by the leading innovation group for digital transformation paths.

Lutech Campus objectives are already a reality:

• Implementation of training courses on specific leadingedge innovation issues, in collaboration with leading universities, research centers, companies and specialists in the sector, dedicated to undergraduates, recent graduates and graduates of the STEM area, customers and stakeholders of the Lutech Group. Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity, 5G & IoT, Fintech & Insurtech
• Selection and incubation of innovative start-ups operating on specific issues, which will be supported in growth from a strategic, financial, training and administrative point of view.
• Creation of a demolab for experimentation and demonstration for students and customers of the Group of leading-edge technologies in specific issues in collaboration with our technology partners.
• Implementation of a platform for the realization of events and scientific dissemination on specific issues dedicated to customers, technological and commercial partners and students (eg. Open Days, Hackaton, Contest).

The courses will be dedicated to young people who want to specialize in the STEM field, with particular attention to reducing the gender gap in the world of technologies and the digital economy, thus encouraging the participation of female students, as well as facilitating deserving students who live in difficult situations, both from an economic and social point of view and in promoting the re-skilling of professionals active in the world of work.
